Title: Print Design Specialist

Overtime eligibility: Non-exempt, overtime eligible

Monthly salary range: ₱55,000 to ₱65,000 PHP

Work Location: Remote, Philippines

Shift: 1400 to 2200 PH time

The Print Design Specialist will have a strong background in graphic design with a focus on print materials. This role involves creating high-quality print designs, ensuring they meet client specifications, and working closely with the production team to deliver exceptional printed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: 30%
• Develop visually appealing and effective print designs for a variety of materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and more. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet client specifications. Review final designs and printed materials to ensure high-quality standards are met. 
• Client Collaboration: 40%
• Work directly with clients to understand their design needs and provide professional recommendations. Present design concepts and make revisions based on client feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
• Prepress and Print Production: 20%
• Prepare and proof files for print, ensuring all technical specifications (color, resolution, bleed, etc.) are correct. Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to ensure designs are accurately translated into printed materials.
• Project Management: 15%
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Maintain organized records of all design projects and client communications.
• Innovation and Trends: 5%
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the design process and output quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in print design or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and prepress requirements.
• Excellent visual and conceptual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
