Summary:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Print Services Organization, and the direction and coordination of DFIN's core service offerings for the Service Representatives. Managing and leading the Service Team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved by maintaining effective communications with Clients, Sales Team, and all internal operational platforms (Print-bind, Composition, Fulfillment, etc.). Critical to this role is at least 10 years of Industry experience working.

Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and supervise the Print Services department employees.
- Oversee the career growth and advancement of the Print Services personnel.
- Responsible meeting our clients' project deliverables, and the building and maintaining long-term loyal client relationships.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to drive alignment with the Company's core service deliverables.
- Strategic partner with the Sales Team to build and retain client relationships.
- Partners with production departments to identify process improvements.
- Manages effective communication between Clients, production and sales.
- Trouble shoot service failures to identify root cause and preventive measures.
- Responsible for the Print Services Team's success rate of our core service offerings: Print-bind deliverables, document management, etc.
- Leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiencies within our organization through continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of Industry experience, and preferred to have 2 to 3 years experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledgeable in traditional and digital print, fulfillment, and bulk mail workflows and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on department or company.
- Should have very good knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as, MS suite apps, other programs specific to the job in order to complete duties successfully. Working knowledge of DFIN systems desirable.
- Should have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods and/or procedures when completing assignments.
- Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
