About the Role:

Snap! Raise is looking for a Print Production Associate to join our Seattle South Park Warehouse Team. This is a critical role at Snap, as our warehouse team is responsible for producing customized garments for all the groups we work with nationwide. Daily tasks include keeping up with logo production needs, troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise, and making sure we put out the highest quality product achievable.    Additionally, this role will work directly with our Technical Lead and Warehouse Ops Lead on identifying new areas of opportunity as we continue to grow our internal operation.  

A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects. A “can-do” attitude is required, and the individual must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.  

This is a Full-Time position. Our standard production hours are from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role is flexible; we will work with candidate on set schedule.

Compensation Range: $19-$21/HR. 

Print Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scaling up and down logo production depending on seasonality. 
• Develop a deep understanding of our printing equipment, embroidery machines, and production workflow. 
• Ensure machines are producing the highest quality product, performing test cycles & maintenance daily.  
• Become well versed in Netsuite, our order management system. 
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering materials/supplies for warehouse equipment. 
• Analysis and Reporting

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities in a Print Production Associate:

• High School Diploma required  
• Experience in warehouse production a plus 
• Highly Organized   
• Strong Communication Skills  
• Positive Attitude  
• Fast Learner – eager to take initiative  
• Hard Working and Determined  
• Design Skills is a plus
