Print Production & Designer

We are a growing creative production company specializing in custom graphics, signage, commercial vehicle wraps, wall and window graphics, banners, and event branding. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist who can balance creativity with hands-on production. Responsibilities: • Design graphics and layouts for clients (sometimes from scratch, sometimes based on client files) • Prepare and set up files for large-format printing, cutting, and production • Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and CNC router (training provided) • Assist with vinyl cutting, weeding, mounting, and finishing of signs and graphics • Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and proper material usage • Keep production area organized and equipment in good working condition • Occasionally assist with installations or shop support as needed Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in the sign and print industry • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software • Strong attention to detail and ability to set up accurate print-ready files • Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and production methods • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle large rolls of media • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Hands-on training with advanced printing and production equipment • Growth opportunities in both design and production • Creative, supportive team environment Schedule: • Full-time, Monday – Friday (occasional overtime as needed) How to Apply: Submit your resume and portfolio (design samples or past production work).
