Print Project Lead/Customer Success Representative

Job Purpose

This role is at the front lines of AlphaGraphics Chicago North’s interaction with customers, prospects and the general public. Employees in this role are great listeners and are able to work with a broad array of (mostly) small businesses and end customers directly to help them achieve their printing and graphics objectives. If you dont have print industry experience but has relevant experience, training will be provided for suitable candidates. 

Job Responsibilities

• Support current and prospective customers in the successful planning and execution of printing and graphics projects. Utilize trained knowledge, outstanding communications and organizational skills and timely and courteous follow-through to evaluate, estimate and convert appropriate in-bound project inquiries (via phone and web) to jobs
• Enter estimates and print and graphic project orders into ERP system; keep accurate records of customer contacts and interactions
• Answer incoming phone calls—many of which are public inquiries regarding potential new print projects—and respond to and perform necessary action steps to properly provide price estimates, gain project commitment or answer customer questions
• Manage deadlines and deliverables of multiple customer projects
• Track and manage all inbound inquiries and project estimate outcomes and report progress to management on a regular basis
• Work in partnership with Department Managers and Production to ensure successful completion of any print projects that are led by CSR
• Develop and maintain relationships with repeat customers, gaining understanding of their goals and objectives beyond the job at hand, and serve as the designated point person for moving those accounts from “buyers” to “clients”
• Work independently, while maintaining great communication with customers and colleagues across various departments
• Demonstrate prompt and consistent attendance and adherence to company policies
• Be a team player, dealing effectively, respectfully and professionally with co-workers and internal constituents at all levels, in all departments
• Assist with sales and marketing support and special projects, as requested
• Organize and file samples of completed print projects

QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

• Organized, naturally curious and a great listener
• Knowledge of print production, processes and materials a plus (but not required)
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
• Good work ethic, energy, initiative and humor
• Professional attitude and a commitment to perpetual learning
• Strong and effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to both follow instructions, and to work independently
• Ability to prioritize workload and work well under tight deadlines with high accuracy
• Demonstrate cooperative and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite desired; Database, CRM experience a plus
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred

Compensation

This job has base and commission component based on your experience. Based on your experience and performance, the candidate potential earn up to 80K per year.
