Privacy Program Manager
We are looking for a talented Privacy Program Manager to join our team specializing in our Corporate organization in Nashville, TN onsite or can be a Remote role as well.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing key global ethics and compliance programs that support the Cummins Code of Business Conduct to reduce the ethical and reputational risks to Cummins.
- Develops program strategies to address ethics and compliance risks to the company
- Manages Ethics and Compliance projects from inception to completion.
- Create and implement updated policies and procedures for the code of conduct and core compliance policies
- Recruits, selects, develops, manages, motivates, coaches, and mentors employees; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates works assignments considering employee skills and development needs
- Work with business units, area business organizations and functions to identify major ethics and compliance risks and develop remediation plans
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Data Analytics - Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.
- Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Organizational savvy - Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
- Situational adaptability - Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
