Privacy Specialist

The Compliance Team at Airtable is looking for a highly motivated, humble, and growth seeking professional to fill Airtable's Privacy Specialist role. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and serve as a subject matter expert tasked with supporting and developing Airtable’s Privacy Program.

• Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT
• Serve as an internal resource to respond to privacy related questions
• Assist in the development and maintenance of privacy-related policies, standards, guidelines, and processes
• Assist in managing and maturing various aspects of our privacy program including: data mapping, cookie compliance, privacy reviews, data subject requests, gap assessments, and responding to privacy related inquiries
• Manage day-to-day activities of our Data Subject Request process including responding to data subject requests and resolving them in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a privacy professional
• Self-starter with the ability to develop positive relationships and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with cookies and tracking technologies a plus
• Experience with privacy and data protection laws
• Detail-oriented, organized, creative. and possesses strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage and prioritize cross-functional projects
• Privacy Certifications a plus (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM)
