Job Description

As a Private Account Administrator II with Frost, you will be responsible for administering a portfolio of trust accounts and investment agencies ensuring that each account operates effectively. Responsibilities will include reviewing and administering a portfolio of trust accounts in accordance with the governing documents; managing customer relationships by fully understanding their needs and delivering an excellent experience; and profiling clients and establishing goals, objectives, and risk parameters. The candidate will compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of trust administration experience, or a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Preferred:

• CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
