About This Job
The Trust Company intern will work closely with our Private Client Group. The intern may sit in on internal team meetings, shadow and/or receive one-on-one time with team members to get a better understanding of their job responsibilities, help with any requests or small projects that team has, and if appropriate attend client meetings. The intern may also assist on a few key projects, as needed, and with any general support within the Private Client Group.
Essential Functions
- Microsoft Office
- Attend team meetings
- Learn department functions
- Individual project management
- Present reports/findings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm (preferred)
- Expected to be Onsite but can be Flexible as Needed by the Trust Company
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma and least some progression towards a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 0+ years' experience required
