Private Client Operations Associate

I can succeed as a Private Client Account Associate at Capital Group

As one of our Private Client Account Associates you will help enable and empower our team here at Capital Group. You will help drive the business through the administrative and operational work with our Client Relationship Team, including account opening, and review to assure accuracy. Bring your energy, quick learning and unique perspective to Capital and you'll have the opportunity to grow with us professionally, personally, and financially. You will coordinate cash and asset processing including, but not limited to monitoring balances, managing alerts, and processing client requests. Our Client Account Team is a part of our Private Client Services division within Capital, responsible for managing over $27 billion of our client's assets.

I am the person Capital Group is looking for:

• You have at least one year of work experience in a professional environment, preferably at a financial services organization. A four-year degree is strongly preferred.
• You have amazing organizational skills and can prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Your attention to detail is legendary, people in all walks of your life recognize your ability to master details, big and small
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills
• You work quickly enough to meet tight deadlines but carefully enough to maintain a high degree of accuracy
• You are comfortable with all the Microsoft Office suite of tools and especially Excel to manage charts which will set you apart
• Knowledge of financial services, including all aspects of cash processing is preferred but not required

Orange County Base Salary Range: $71,425-$114,280

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
