Private Equity ICS Marketing Coordinator

In this role, the selected candidate will support the global Private Equity fundraising efforts. The main areas of responsibility for the Marketing Coordinator include:
- Tracking and coordinating all non-US Limited Partner ("LP") meeting requests in NY
- Working in Salesforce to maintain log of meetings and materials for all non-U.S. LP meeting requests
- Maintaining internal Salesforce database of LP contacts, granting dataroom permissions and tracking of opportunities and commitment information
- Assisting in the fund closing process by coordinating, tracking receipt and approvals of fund legal documents with internal and external parties
- Participating in the planning and logistics of the annual investor conference, Limited Partner Advisory Committee Meetings, due diligence days and other additional LP meetings with assistance from the Blackstone Events team
- Setting up Co-Investment and Fund Launch calls
- Assisting with the co-investment syndication process: creation of BX Access Dataroom, coordinating with 3rd party advisors, deal professionals and Operations team, scheduling LP Co-investor calls, tracking of all LP activities and interest.
- Participating in and taking notes for Indication of Interest ("IOI") calls and meetings
- Working on various ad-hoc projects
- Assisting with the Amendment / Consent process by tracking receipt and approvals of Limited Partner responses submitted to the Amendment Inbox and reporting the results to senior management
- Assisting with ad-hoc PowerPoint presentations such as fundraising status, final global fundraising summary, Limited Partner composition and ad-hoc internal presentations for senior management
- Coordinating with our Technology leads on ICS projects to better streamline processes within our systems: Salesforce, Tableau, BX Access.

- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize completing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team player, enthusiastic and personable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable

Expected annual base salary range:
$65,000 - $95,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
