Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This internship is not available for students who have completed their undergraduate college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship. The internship duration is approximately twelve (12) weeks, beginning June 2023, with an estimate of 40 hours worked per week.

Position Overview:

Internships are short-term work experiences for a designated period of time that allow college students the opportunity to observe and participate in the professional work environment, to explore how their interests relate to possible careers, and to gain practical experience in an industry relating to their field of study.

This position will expose the intern to the Private Equity industry and provide for the following opportunities:

• Join in-person and virtual meetings with private equity fund managers.• Learn how to conduct due diligence on fund managers and co-investment

opportunities.• Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities, including primary

fund investments, secondary fund investments, and co-investments.• It is not expected that full-time job offers will be extended to the intern, but

rather, this internship experience should provide valuable experience for

individuals interested in pursing full-time job opportunities (and future

internship positions) in investment banking, private equity or asset

management.

Required Qualifications:

To qualify, applicants must be currently enrolled full-time at a college or university pursuing a specific degree program. Internships are not available for students who have completed their undergraduate college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship.

  • Hybrid work environment - able to work in the office and from your residence
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed introductory Accounting and Finance courses
  • Completed Excel tutorial course
  • Rising Junior or Senior
  • Interest in pursing private equity or investment banking career following undergraduate graduation
Job and compensation levels depend upon an applicant's qualifications including the extent of candidate's relevant experience and other job-related factors and will be determined by hiring supervisors/managers and HR.
