This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Private Finance Manager in Spain.

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage and oversee private financial operations within a dynamic, international, and fully remote organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting of personal and privately used assets while maintaining strong financial discipline across multiple payment systems. Acting as a key financial coordinator, you will handle complex multi-currency transactions, support reconciliation processes, and ensure transparency in financial flows. The position requires close interaction with Family Office stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of payments and documentation. You will also contribute to improving financial processes, ERP usage, and reporting efficiency. This is a highly detail-oriented and trust-driven role where precision, structure, and analytical thinking are essential. You will work in a fast-paced international environment with strong exposure to executive-level financial operations.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage private financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support efficient payment and reconciliation processes across multiple systems.

  • Manage budgeting and tracking of personal income, expenses, and privately used assets
  • Execute and control payments via bank accounts, credit cards, and crypto wallets
  • Maintain accurate monthly accounting records in ERP systems
  • Prepare plan vs actual financial reports and provide analytical insights on deviations
  • Perform bank reconciliations and oversee A/P and A/R controls
  • Communicate with contractors regarding payments, documentation, and financial agreements
  • Monitor and manage payment tools, limits, and financial authorizations
  • Support improvements in financial processes, reporting, and ERP workflows
  • Assist treasury functions during peak periods when required
  • Ensure proper documentation, validity checks, and financial compliance of private assets
  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong financial expertise, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing complex payment and reconciliation processes.

    • Strong experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations roles
    • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, structured reporting)
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles, expense classification, and month-end closing
    • Experience with bank payments, multi-currency transactions, and reconciliation processes
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial data entry and categorization
    • Experience handling crypto wallets and understanding related financial operations
    • Strong ability to produce clear, concise financial reports and executive summaries
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Experience in travel support or executive assistance is a strong advantage
    • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
