Private Security Officer

Job Overview (Business Lic. No. B24049001) We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, or clients’ employees, and our clients’ visitors. This role requires strong observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities • Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary. • Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents. • Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate situations and ensure safety. • Document incidents, observations, and any actions taken in detailed reports. • Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Qualifications • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. • Knowledge of first aid and CPR; certification is a plus. • Familiarity with security protocols. • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Must pass background checks as required by company policies.
