The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience (CX) organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. You will be part the North American Enterprise team delivering private wireless solutions to Partner sourced customers.

We are looking for an Enterprise Private Wireless Solution Integration Engineer to join our Enterprise Solutions Integration System team. You will be working to support the Enterprise business by making sure that complex incidents are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. You will be joining a very diverse and dynamic team of engineers and contributing to the maturity of Enterprise Solutions business. What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnoses, advise and performs corrective actions to resolve technical issues reported by customers (ensuring customer information is properly protected)
  • Work with different stakeholders / different BGs / CSS / R&D for the reported SW issue to get corrections
  • Learn/Test new features and support in pilot/troubleshooting/ cases/ EME support
  • Implement new SW release in lab and pilot sites and test the stability and performance
  • Apply SW services, policies, tool, documentation and contributes to their continuous improvement
  • Contribute to customer SLA compliance and KPI quality performance level
  • Explore customizes scripts/ tool implementation
  • Create and reuse knowledge articles

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical field with strong interest in technology

Your Responsibilities
  • Focus on MPW/pLTE solutions integration
  • System Integration of complex Integration Projects
  • Integration, Testing & Commissioning
  • Communication of program integration status to internal and external stakeholders


What do we expect from you?

Must Have: Open minded, Motivated, Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills

You have:
  • Understand both MPW and NDAC architecture end to end with good knowledge of the system
  • Extensive hands-on experience on Telecom Technical support projects,
  • Intermediate to excellent level of technical knowledge and expertise in Nokia products primarily:NDAC and CMU based deliveries
  • Mandatory Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Deep expertise in analyzing the traces and identifying the issues/ cause / RCA/ providing solution
  • E2E technical ownership of customers issues
  • Good understanding of symptom logs, detailed traces, call flows and log file analysis
  • E2E LTE call flow knowledge

It would be nice if you also had:
  • Customer management, stakeholder management, presentation skills, ability to work in high-stress situation with calming approach
