The Opportunity

MassMutual’s Privileged Access Management team is seeking a security consultant who can assist with remediating critical security findings and support our existing privileged access management solutions.

The Privileged Access Management team is one of many teams in MassMutual’s Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) department. ECS is an industry leading cybersecurity organization focused on sustaining a cyber resilient culture and transforming to cutting-edge cyber solutions. The Impact:

As a member of the Privileged Access Management team, you’ll work in close collaboration with members of our Identity and Access Management teams, Security Engineering teams, auditing partners, and the users of our privileged access management tools. In collaborating with these teams, you will continue our mission of enforcing least privilege while creating as little friction as necessary for users.

The Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• 3+ years of experience with industry leading Privileged Access Management solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.)
• 3+ years experience troubleshooting and triage of complex production issues

The Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft’s Active Directory and PowerShell
• 3+ years of scripting and automation experience within a Windows-centric environment
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Management preferred
• Ability to create strategic roadmaps and detailed technical documentation
• Experience in working with and submitting documentation for internal and external audit partners
• Thorough understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts, security concepts, and risk management
• Confidence in access management concepts at the domain, server, and workstation levels and the connections between them
• Experience in supporting directory services
• Ability to prioritize work based on security risk
• Extensive knowledge of current and upcoming IT security technologies
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and the Atlassian productivity suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically under pressure and deliver on time
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adept in identifying security vulnerabilities and partnering with key stakeholders to address them
• Confident in conveying the risk to the business and to business partners
• Knowledge of vulnerability analysis and assessment including reviewing application security testing findings
• Familiarity with the MITRE attack framework and common techniques leveraged by threat actors
• Ability to look at the big picture and recommend designs based on industry best practice
• Comfortable challenging status quo
• Creative, positive, optimistic, energetic, and organized
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
