PRN Psychiatrist needed in Battle Creek, MI

The Psychiatrist is primarily responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication consultation and collaboration with community prescribers. Position ensures clients are medically stable and clinically appropriate upon admission to treatment services. Provides pharmacological treatment, if indicated, and requests and reviews any needed lab work. Position collaborates with team members to oversee and promote the health and safety of clients throughout the treatment process.

Must be a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist licensed to practice within the state of Michigan. Requires a minimum of 2 years' of professional experience in a behavioral healthcare treatment setting, previous eating disorder treatment experience strongly preferred.

Hours would be 3-5 per day. Compensation is $200 per hour.
