LL Flooring is seeking a Pro Account Executive (PAE) who will be pivotal in managing and growing LL Flooring's B2B (Pro) partnerships and developing new business opportunities. LL Flooring's targeted B2B customer segments are in the construction, reconstruction, installer, home re-modeler & builder, and property management industries respectively. The PAE will build these partnerships, collaborate on joint business plans, and drive revenue growth through LL Flooring's Retail Store footprint. This position requires a strong understanding of the customer, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand B2B customer goals and strategies, emphasizing existing and new business opportunities to align with company objectives.
- Skilled in building relationships with business leaders in the construction, reconstruction, installer, home re-modeler & builder, and property management industries.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including executives, sales teams, and other relevant contacts to create joint business plans for revenue growth and success.
- Monitor revenue growth and success progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM, data entry, and pipeline management generated from daily contacts, in-person meetings with B2B account contacts, and web-based meeting environments.
- Create co-marketing initiatives with positive ROI metrics to generate customer demand, qualified pipeline, and growth with B2B accounts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including stores, product development, operations, and outside and inside sales executive teams to coordinate sales efforts and alignment with company-wide initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and analysis including insights and base sales data to drive continuous improvement and optimize sales strategy.
- In-market travel weekly.
The Successful Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related work experience.
- Five to eight years of related B2B sales experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Excellent telephone, project management, budget management, and math skills.
- Ability to make presentations to individuals and/or groups.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance.
