Job Description:

With the launch of CoreLogic's new data exchange & data science platform, The Discovery Platform, we are looking to push the envelope by providing our clients with state-of-the-art analytics and insights that underpin the real estate economy.

This role will be focused on the development of a systematic/automated integration of a cloud data platform with the clients's technology ecosystem and CoreLogic's technology landscape. Its the glue that binds the experience together.

Your work will look at various aspects of the system integration

• You will interact and develop with the DevOps team, development team and data operations team to ensure that the deployment of the platform is efficient and reliable.
• With the support and validation team, you will ensure that self-learning tutorials and system validation can be run on demand
• With the customer success team, you will test and develop integration guidelines to ensure that customers can connect their infrastructure to the platform

Job Qualifications:
• BS Degree or equivalent work experience in a software engineering discipline
• Typically has 1-3 years' experience in an applicable software development environment
• Use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional to work on all phases of development within broadly assigned technical discipline
• Object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as Python, Java, Scala.
• Experience with message queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Hands on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale event-driven architectures
• Experience building and optimizing 'big data'data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
• Experience with the following tools and technologies a plus:
• Hadoop, Spark, Hive , Elastic Search
• Experience in various database and big data technologies
• Google Cloud DataFlow , Apache Beam, Google AutoML
• Ability to develop and write technical specifications
• Strong communication skills and interest in pair programming environment
• Driven to excel in areas of technical expertise and expand base of knowledge
• Coaching and teaching skills to mentor less experienced team members
• Excellentanalytical and problem management skills
• Domain specific industry experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Mortgage a plus
