Pro Marketing Manager

What You Will Do/Job Summary:
The Pro Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive commercial sales growth and maximize revenue for the organization. This role involves creating and implementing marketing plans and collaborating with sales and product development teams to achieve commercial sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance pro sales.
- Maintain and reinforce the brand identity for pro sales.
- Collaborate closely with the PRO team to provide them with sales support materials and resources.
- Provide comprehensive marketing support to the PRO team to boost sales and enhance their efforts.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the PRO team to ensure their needs are met and marketing efforts are aligned with their strategies.
- Adapt marketing strategies and campaigns to better support the PRO team's goals and initiatives.
- Work as a liaison between the marketing department and the PRO team to ensure a coordinated approach in achieving collective objectives.
- Monitor PRO team feedback and incorporate their insights into marketing strategies and campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Attend PRO team meetings and actively participate in discussions to stay updated on their needs and challenges, allowing for timely adjustments to marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively promote pro services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Translate pro team features and benefits into persuasive marketing messages.
- Analyze and provide insights based on performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with external partners for co-marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.
- Create and manage a content strategy to support pro-marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.
- Stay informed about the specific industry and market relevant to pro products.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Conduct regular market analysis to inform marketing strategy adjustments and improvements.
- Additional responsibilities as determined by the needs of the role and organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage and lead diverse groups of individuals in a highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and technology platforms.
- Familiarity with the specific industry and market being targeted.
