Your Impact
The Pro Services Program Support Consultant will support installation process improvement efforts maintain close coordination with ongoing initiatives and projects on behalf of the Services team and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders. The Pro Services Program Support Consultant will research track and inform on projects/initiatives they are supporting. The Pro Services Program Support Consultant will also assist in executional activities resolving production issues and act as a project resource for upcoming initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product management and technology teams to identify program and process improvements that will enhance and add value to the overall processes associated with the Services model.
- Resolves daily support issues that are technical in nature which have been escalated to them from Services leadership or the Tech Help Desk
- Focuses on improving the workflows associated with order management and post-purchase processes supporting Services to resolve process gaps or executional issues that are occurring
- Responsible for supporting key Initiatives of the Services organization that involve the post-purchase workflows and processes.
- Provides input on the future tech roadmap for Services post-purchase processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing communications merchandising or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement if applicable
- 5-6 years of relevant work experience in sales service systems and or system processes.
- Experience in omni-channel retail operations/support project management product management business analysis program management or product marketing
Where You'll Be
- Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte/Mooresville NC region to foster collaboration and support.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work in the office at our Mooresville NC location 5 days per week.
- Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone
