The Problem Resolution and Change Request Management Coordinator (PRCRC) acts in a supportive and operational manner in the Problem Resolution Management and the Change Request Management processes. Both internal and customer-specific problems and change requests are coordinated and monitored. The PRCRC also participates in problem-solving management meetings and change control board meetings with the Project Team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing problems and changes with regard to technical content, implementation, deadlines to assist with prioritization and assignment.
  • Escalation of problems and changes that are not analyzed or resolved in time.
  • Tracking (including subsystem) all problems and changes until completion and checking for completeness.
  • Identifying anomalies and integrating them into the processes through process improvement.
  • Conducting problem and change request tracking sessions.
  • Conducting reviews.
  • Providing metrics regarding to the status of the problems and change request items.
  • Participate in strategic planning with regards to program development and deliverables.
  • Assist with delivery planning and monitoring of delivery status based on analysis of problems and changes.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and 1+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of automotive security (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434)
  • Knowledge of functional safety (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
  • Knowledge of quality standard (e.g. IATF 16949, Automotive SPICE)
  • Knowledge in system, hardware and/or software engineering
  • Knowledge and experience of review methods and performing reviews
  • Knowledge and experience of applying tools regarding
    • problem resolution, change request management, and configuration management
    • metrics generation
  • Good moderation and communication skills
