Process and projects engineer

Job Description:

Full professional responsibility for production processes in the surface treatment department. including – trainings, process improvement, process optimization, etc.

• Leading new processes and technologies in the surface area.

• Technological/engineering projects from the characterization stage through locating suppliers, determining specifications, installation, lectures, conducting validations, writing procedures, training and accompaniment.

• Support, accompaniment and control of surface treatments and packaging processes.

• Providing technological solutions to the problems that arise in the various departments processes.

• Work with the maintenance department - problem solving, training.

• Constant improvement in the production and packaging lines.

• Locating/developing production and packaging technologies.

• Integration of technologies/measures - characterization, locating suppliers, risk survey, receiving price offers, validation and writing of operation and maintenance procedures, implementation in production, conducting trainings.

• Writing work procedures and training employees.

• Participation in new product development meetings, involvement in the transfer process from development to mass production.

• Determine production processes for new products.

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/Material engineering - mandatory

Critical Skills/technical know-how:

• High technical abilities.

• High level in English.

• Good understanding in chemical processes.

• Reading P&ID drawings.

• Ability working independently.

• Ability and experience in promoting and implementing projects.

Critical Experience:

• Experience of at least two years in the medical industry - medical device / pharma / medicines, etc

• Experience as a process engineer - advantage
