As a Process Architect, your work will directly impact our Customer Organization (Customer Experience, Fraud, and VIP). In this role, you'll question why things are the way they are and present opportunities to find solutions and create efficiencies that will allow the organization to scale and grow seamlessly. Our Process Team constantly challenges the status quo by automating various processes at DraftKings and brings creativity and curiosity to the table every day.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,000.00 - $101,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.

What you'll do as a Process Architect
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies and understand how employees interact with them on a daily basis.
- Translate day-to-day actions into streamlined process maps and begin to identify areas of failure and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend metrics for success and provide reasonable timelines for project tasks.
- Share overall progress and insights to Senior Managers and above.
- Facilitate meetings with other teams to ensure alignment and collaboration with Customer frontline teams.
- Own specific workstreams within larger projects.
- Confidently present success stories through presentations to peers and Senior Leadership.
- Maintain a project plan for ongoing initiatives and examine data to uncover flaws in current processes or workflows.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a process improvement support capacity or related experience (ie: operations, consulting, change management, or strategy).
- Critical thinking; willingness and ability to redefine the norm.
- Previous professional experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a team environment to achieve a common goal.
- Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Experience with Lucid, Confluence, Tableau, and Snowflake or similar platforms is a plus.
