Job Description

Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor)

Project Title: Process & Change Manager

Level: Mid-Senior

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration ofĀ 12 months (with potential extension)

Project Hours: 40 hours/ Week

Location: Onsite-Seattle, WA with possible occasional travel

The expected compensation range for this contract is $156k to $171k per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Support clients in achieving sustainable process improvement and change management within their organizationsĀ 
  • Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, andĀ identifyĀ key stakeholdersĀ 
  • Ensure that key process/change initiatives deliver on business, and scheduleĀ objectivesĀ 
  • DetermineĀ appropriate metricsĀ and measures that will help the client measure progress, reinforce behavior, and adjust improve implementation resultsĀ 
  • Develop readiness and skilling contentĀ leveragingĀ multiple modalities based on customer experience best practices
  • IdentifyĀ opportunities toĀ provideĀ or createĀ additionalĀ client valueĀ 
  • Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting, marketing, and moreĀ 
  • Drive Business Development activities to hit personal required sales targets
  • Engage in activities dedicated to supporting our cultureĀ 
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
  • Maintain program sites as a repository for all project informationĀ 
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality andĀ timelyĀ deliverablesĀ 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience leadingĀ change management and process improvement engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizationsĀ 
  • Skilled in Process Improvement
  • Bachelor’s degreeĀ requiredĀ 
  • Experience and knowledge of change management and process improvementĀ principles and methodologiesĀ 
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goalĀ 
  • Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Solid facilitation experience
  • ProsciĀ or other Change Management certifications preferredĀ 
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing, effective feedbackĀ 
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
