Job Description

Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor)

Project Title: Process & Change Manager

Level: Mid-Senior

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 months (with potential extension)

Project Hours: 40 hours/ Week

Location: Onsite-Seattle, WA with possible occasional travel

The expected compensation range for this contract is $156k to $171k per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support clients in achieving sustainable process improvement and change management within their organizations 
• Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders 
• Ensure that key process/change initiatives deliver on business, and schedule objectives 
• Determine appropriate metrics and measures that will help the client measure progress, reinforce behavior, and adjust improve implementation results 
• Develop readiness and skilling content leveraging multiple modalities based on customer experience best practices
• Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value 
• Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting, marketing, and more 
• Drive Business Development activities to hit personal required sales targets
• Engage in activities dedicated to supporting our culture 
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
• Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information 
• Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables 

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience leading change management and process improvement engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations 
• Skilled in Process Improvement
• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Experience and knowledge of change management and process improvement principles and methodologies 
• Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal 
• Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Solid facilitation experience
• Prosci or other Change Management certifications preferred 
• Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving and providing, effective feedback 
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
