Process Controller

Logistics at full potential

What you do on a typical day

• Monitor and assess Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) to evaluate workflow efficiency.
  
• Identify inefficiencies in processes between replenishment, picking, put wall, packing, and shipping, making wave and labor adjustments as needed.
  
• Complete waves in the WMS and maintain a balanced workflow across departments.
  
• Respond to email and telephone requests with excellent customer service.

Reduce environmental impact by consciously managing waste, energy, water, and fuel consumption.

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Intermediate vocational education in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent.
  
• At least 3 years of operations experience in a similar role.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
  
• Experience in LEAN warehousing practices.
  
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and work independently or with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational workflows.
  
• Experience operating material handling equipment and using RF guns.
  
• Personal accountability and a team-oriented mindset.
  
• Proficiency in giving direction to others and coordinating tasks.
