Your Role and Responsibilities
As the next Process Design Kit (PDK) Lead.

1. Deep knowledge and hands on experience with state of art Process Design Kit (PDK) model / Design Rule Checking / Layout vs Schematics

2. Familiar with advanced CMOS technology, process flow and device

3. Lead and define PDK release, deployment process

4. Lead PDK development direction for advanced technology nodes

5. Work closely with clients and partners to identify the needs and drive action plans to completion

6. Work closely with cross functional teams to develop and maintain high quality PDK

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skill

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Semiconductor industry background 5 years
2. PDK development experience 5 years
3. Client interface experience 5 years
4. Strong communication and collaboration skill
5. Strong analysis and problem-solving capability

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Strong coding skills for PDK development and automation
2. Experienced in lab measurement data to model verification process
3. Project management skills
4. Proficiency with major EDA tools for PDK development
5. Excellent communication and team skills
