More about the role

The Process Engineer is responsible for introducing new PCBA processes for in-house production at our electronics factory in Pila, Poland. This role significantly impacts the development of the global lighting market.

The Process Engineer will also implement and develop advanced PCBA manufacturing technologies and processes, participate in the introduction of new PCBA product assemblies, collaborate closely with design engineers and product specialists, and create and maintain work instructions and process documentation.

More about you

You will be an ideal fit for our team if you possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering-related field (preferably electrical engineering, automation, or similar), have excellent problem-solving skills, and exhibit strong self-organizational abilities.

Given that we operate in a multinational environment, proficiency in English communication is essential.
