- Scope out and implement new production equipment targeting headcount reduction, yield loss improvement, and process optimization
- Create supporting documentation to ensure products can be effectively produced at scale including process flow diagrams, recipes for manufacturing, and final product specifications
- Organize and execute formal handoff of production line ownership to Manufacturing and Production teams
- Represent the Manufacturing Innovations & Engineering team as the technical expert for natural cosmetic production including on-site support for new equipment testing, supporting process changes, and proactively identifying areas for improvement based on efficiency, ergonomics, and reliability
- Provide technical guidance to our Production and Quality teams when issue arise with regular on-site support of non-conformances, trending consumer complaints, and other technical issues
About You:
- 3+ years of proven experience in process engineering, directly related to process implementation scale up techniques
