Job Description
Starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities
- Analyzes existing business processes and workflows within the organization, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design new processes and workflows that align with business objectives, scalability, and efficiency.
- Creates and maintains detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for easy reference and training.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing efficiency.
- Informs automation solutions and workflow tools to improve process efficiency, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
- Utilizes data-driven insights to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions for process improvements.
- Leads change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new processes, ensuring team members are well-informed and prepared for changes.
- Collaborates with various departments, including development, operations, customer support, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of processes and workflows.
- Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and monitor improvements over time.
- Ensures that processes adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices, especially when handling sensitive customer data.
- Maintains a centralized repository for process documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
- Promotes a culture of continuous process improvement, encouraging team members to suggest and implement enhancements.
- Integrates processes with SaaS applications and tools used by the company to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitors and manages process-related costs to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational expenses.
- Identifies potential risks associated with processes and develops strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years prior experience in a Project Management or Change Management capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proficiency in process design and optimization methodologies tailored to software development and delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles and practices, as they relate to SaaS development and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and methodologies, including version control, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and software testing.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or similar platforms to streamline software development and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in software development processes.
- Knowledge of SaaS operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
