With a consistently increasing turnover of 1.8 billion euros, it has established a global reputation over the past seven decades as a highly reliable partner for future-proof logistic process automation.

Your Position

As a Process Engineer, you will address specific yet unique problems, utilising systematic approaches with established methods, techniques, and tools (requiring a bachelor's level understanding). You will achieve project-based results and present professional, well-reasoned arguments to influence decision-making. A key focus will be on continuously improving work processes, considering alternative solutions—beyond just past experiences—through careful analysis of new and unique situations, while effectively distinguishing between main and secondary issues.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute these plans by analysing customer systems and processes, ensuring high-quality performance across different systems.

  • Create practical insights and compelling business cases for improvements based on detailed analyses.

  • Prepare clear, persuasive reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Engage systematically in your own professional growth and development.

  • Advise customers on the best technical changes for optimising their material handling solutions.

  • Inspire and motivate maintenance teams and engineers to implement system adjustments.

  • Support integration teams throughout project implementations.

  • Be recognized by customers as a versatile specialist in specific methods and techniques.

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong blend of technical expertise and a passion for analytics, ready to tackle complex challenges and make a meaningful impact on our team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and complex relationships.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, supported by abstract thinking.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with industry standards, such as FEM.

  • Proven ability to prioritise main issues over side issues.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Knowledge of SPL, SQL, or any query language is a highly regarded.
