The opportunity

Our broad portfolio serves a diverse range of customers operating in several markets like Renewables, Energy Transmission and Distribution, Traction and e-Mobility.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Photolithography Process Engineer to join our BiMOS Front End manufacturing unit by supervising key processes and systems for coating, exposing, and developing of our products.

How you'll make an impact

  • Oversee all aspects of production, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date work instructions, documentation, and process data
  • Conduct thorough training sessions and develop comprehensive safety plans for processes and tools
  • Drive continuous improvement by initiating and implementing process changes, specifications, and verifications prioritizing quality and quantity in production, focusing on sustainable work practices and optimizing processes and methods
  • Conduct capacity calculations and expansions to meet production demands
  • Initiate ZBA, SCR, NMR, CAR and ECR business processes as needed
  • Supports and ensures that safety is guaranteed in the workplace
  • Participate in On-call duties, including weekend and public holidays, as required from the production
  • Independent planning and implementation of more complex projects, moderation of FMEAs

Your background

  • Higher education in electrical engineering/physics/material science or a related course of study. (ETH, university or FH)
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, SPC Softwares, Minitab, Cornerstone and other area specific Software like (ATLAS, KLA, DW2000 etc.)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in hands-on work in laboratory and cleanroom environments
  • Proactive team player with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams
