More about the role​

Process Engineer is a member of Engineering team in Signify Electronics Piła. and is responsible for creating an realizing engineering strategy and activities in Level 2 LED production area., will lead/contribute to initiatives related to improving performance of production lines producing Level 2 LED modules (L2)

will also co-create and realize equipment and line setup strategy in the area

as much as support and help to develop new products introduction, production process preparation and equipment maintenance processes.

Process Engineer is a part of and further develop cooperation within engineering team and between engineering and Value Stream L2 modules

More about you

We expect you will:

• have experience in process engineering / production engineering
• be data driven, present fact-based mindset
• be able to practically use engineering and Lean tools (DoE, FMEA, problem solving toolkit, etc.)
• have good command of English language
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills
