Position Scope

SES is seeking a talented Process Engineering, Principal Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail‐oriented, able to adjust in a fast‐ paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills. This position will be based in our Chungju, South Korea location.

Responsibilities

• Management of work standards for each process
• Management of personnel by process (Individual KPI inspection and progress management)
• Check cell design items (consistency review of product tolerances)
• CPK analysis by product item and review quality defect improvement plan
• Preparation of human resources education and education training

Qualifications

• More than 6years of experience in the relevant industry
• Above Master’s degree in related majors
