Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary Range: $72,000 - $121,300 based on experience, location, and skills.

Responsibilities
About the Role: Process Improvement Engineer
As a Process Improvement Engineer, you'll play a vital role in optimizing plant performance, managing efficiency, and ensuring operational stability. You'll leverage your expertise to analyze losses, implement improvement plans, and deliver innovative solutions for process enhancements across production, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiency Improvement: Lead loss analysis, develop true efficiency (TE) improvement plans, and oversee execution and tracking.
- Lean Six Sigma Projects: Facilitate Lean Six Sigma project management throughout the plant, driving transformation initiatives.
- Centerline System Management: Oversee Centerline System management, including development, maintenance, and change initiatives.
- Changeover Optimization: Implement rapid changeover principles to reduce time and meet operational targets.
- Reliability Analysis: Provide detailed weekly, period, and year-to-date downtime analysis to support operational improvements.
- Training & Development: Coach and train teams in operational issues and set short- and long-term performance goals.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Communicate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and lead change with minimal impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply reliability expertise to improve planned and unplanned downtime areas, driving variation down.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Preferably 2+ years in consumer products manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma experience, demonstrated by completing major improvement projects.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and action-oriented with a solid understanding of business finance principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with effective leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience in assessments, audits, and change management.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record preferred and U.S. work authorization required.
