Company Description

Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.

Job Description

• Optimize the performance of every machine on every line, ensuring the whole line is always balanced.
• Lead CI and RCA, control line waste, conduct SMED meetings to meet improvement targets, and assist on the floor to ensure optimal line performance OEE.
• Manage all startups and SKU changeovers.
• Analyze production results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve line efficiency through immediate problem solving/response and resolution with team leaders and shift technicians.
• Implement and monitor specific and relevant AM programs for all relevant components of the lines.
• Ensure team leaders are correctly adding information to EIT.
• Initiate AM and changeover cart cleaning and ensure changed parts are in workable condition.

Qualifications

• Form 6 level education.
• Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years in a manufacturing/operations leadership role.

Preferred:

• Extensive experience in bottling or other processing environments.
• Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools.

Other Information on Position:

• Ability and willingness to work extended hours and/or alternate shifts as needed.
