Process Mining Analyst -Celonis

About the Job:
As a Process Mining Analyst, you will work across Capco's different domains and solution offerings analyzing and transforming critical business processes by leveraging intelligent process discovery and automation tools. You shall be responsible for aligning the technological solution to business objectives and drive value realization and adoption across business lines. You will leverage a data-driven approach to business process improvement, creating analyses that address our client's business problems and interfacing with both Business and Technology stakeholders.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Define approach, processes, and procedures to implement technology-enabled solutions to analyze and streamline our client's business processes
• Understand business objectives and key challenges and transform them into compelling use cases and relevant metrics
• Analyze data sources, data requirements and data schemas and extract, transform, and load data based on business requirements through SQL/ETL queries into Celonis process mining software.
• Visualize business processes and create appealing dashboards to identify process deviations and pain points leveraging Celonis process and task mining technologies
• Engage in benchmarking KPI and SLA (best in class, average & bottom) and determine and analyze business specific KPI/SLA
• Identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement and automation and develop an implementation roadmap
• Utilize client-facing skills and develop solid partnerships with the team and client alike as well as collaborate with others to exceed client expectations
• Manage client expectations, ensure stakeholder engagement, and drive business adoption across business lines
• Leverage Celonis to deploy prioritized use cases for the client
• Work on data modeling, dashboard creations, ML Workbench, Action Flows etc
• Understand use cases and why they are being deployed and what makes it successful
• Analyze data sources and requirements and work closely with BA to ensure data is appropriate to generate expected business benefits
• Extract, transform and load data into Celonis based on business requirements
• Determine and configure data model
• Define and create KPIs and set up dashboards in Celonis based on requirements
• Connect Celonis to external real-time data sources (APIs) and establish recurring data loads
• Ensure stable production environment and optimize performance
• Utilize Celonis ML workbench (requires python)

What you'll bring with You:

• A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work in consulting/and or industry
• Demonstrated hand-on experience working with and implementing Celonis process mining and task mining capabilities
• Experience in data analysis, business requirements management, business process analysis, creation of business cases and implementation roadmaps
• Strong experience in relational databases, SQL, ETL and PQL
• Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with business and technology stakeholders
• Exposure to multiple project management methodologies including, but not limited to Agile and Waterfall
• Exposure to automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Xceptor, Microsoft Power Automate)
• Hands on experience delivering use cases using Celonis - data modeling, dashboard creations, ML Workbench, Action Flows etc
• Process mining and task mining experience using Celonis or other process mining tools
• Understanding of process mining methodology and business value realization
• Ability to analyze large data sets and experience in manipulating data
• Data handling and working with databases, data ingestion and ETL processes, data pipelines
• Data architecture and modelling
• Technical expertise and experience with Python
• Experience in API development
• Understanding and use of ML and algorithms
• Celonis Implementation Professional certification required
