As part of SmartDev’s aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team.

The role will report to the PM. This role will require you to travel to client sites for meetings and will also occasional international travel.

Job Description

PQA task - QA Process

• Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics
• Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
• Develop document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and update processes for software development and project management
• Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management 
• Provide training and support to the quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
• Identify & collect best practices, and templates from internal projects and industry to enrich company process best practices
• Organize training activities to increase awareness and help the delivery team buy into the defined processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban
• Experience in process definition, project audit, and improvement in the IT field
• Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good English
• ISO 9001 Knowledge is a plus
