Position Overview:

The Process Specialist II in our Bradenton, FL, office is responsible for performing various FRVIS functions and using Verra-specific applications. Applicants will perform duties such as assisting in-person clientele; examining vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; processing titles and registrations; being able to research, advise, interpret, update, consult, collaborate, guide, and resolve problems related to FLHSMV statutes, policies, and procedures. Finally, applicants will be the lead liaison when needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide explicit feedback to Customer Support agents professionally and positively.
  • Review errors flagged by the system and implement proper corrections
  • Assist with special T&R projects from leadership on an as-needed basis
  • Perform paper trailing process to identify and resolve document-related issues

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong PC skills, including basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to use various equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, and mail opening machine
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-driven
  • The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional aptitude and flexibility toward serving and assisting others
  • Skills in reading records and resolving complex issues under stressful conditions with customer records or policy interpretation
