The Procore Consultant II will design and implement client-specific solutions train teams mentor analysts and support sales efforts with Procore and construction accounting expertise.

Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager the Procore Implementation Consultant will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client's business processes and information technology.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver client-specific solutions using construction accounting expertise and knowledge of construction business processes.
• Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist in sales pursuits and solutioning as Procore and construction accounting consultant.
• Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Informs project team leaders of cost quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement.
• Monitors own time and budget on projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
• Supports the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating Information when needed to determine scope of services to aid in solving client needs.
• Drive innovation through research and development of new market solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of experience in accounting within the construction industry.
• Works toward obtaining additional appropriate certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management software
• Hands-on experience with ERP software preferably in an implementation capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Training support or consulting advisory experience
• Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
• Expertise in Procore Financials and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Procore with CRM ERP or payroll systems.
• Polished and effective communication and presentation skills.

Wipfli values fair transparent and competitive compensation considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $66000 to $89000 with offers typically not made at the maximum allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location skills experience training/education licensure certifications business needs current associate pay and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including but not limited to individual and Firm performance.
