Job Summary:

The P2P analyst for the Information Technology (IT) division is responsible for maintaining and promoting P2P practices, policies, tools to drive compliance with standard request-to-pay processes and channels. Responsible for evaluating and working through various P2P issues impacting end users in IT. Assist management in identifying new opportunities to increase efficiency and supporting the execution of various newly improved P2P process as well as communicating with IT stakeholders on process and policy.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the P2P subject matter expert to work through various issues that arise concerning procure to pay workflows for the IT Division. Engage with IT leadership and cross functional business groups to drive best practice adoption, optimized system utilization and continuous process improvement outcomes. Maintain knowledge of P2P application architecture and data structure relationships. Maintain a thorough understanding of opportunities for sustainable P2P process standards and quality principles across all functional areas.
  • Assist in identifying compliance gaps, technology and process improvement opportunities, support the development of plans to close gaps and implement process improvements. Support monthly vendor accrual process and master data initiatives from the P2P perspective while informing changes to vendor governance procedures and standards for master data set up and maintenance. Assist in implementing process improvements for enabling the source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay processes.
  • Assist in defining and managing project scope and objectives to include identification and recommendation of creative solutions. Communicate effectively with all levels of the IT organization and senior management, including presenting project deliverables to steering committees and project sponsors. Other duties as assigned or requested.


Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or 3+ years of experience in related field.

Experience:

3+ years in Procurement/Sourcing/Accountings Payable/Finance Role.

Note: The Standard is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. The salary for employees working in Colorado in this role is listed below. The Standard's package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

  • Please note, eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.


Salary Range:
$62,000.00 - $108,800.00
