RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Resolution of invoices on hold
• Root cause and recommend corrective action
• Work instruction creation and/or support
• Statement Reconciliation
• Prioritization of work
• Out of cycle payment evaluation and creation
• Collaborate with internal and external teams

Multi-task oriented, analytical, able to action and coordinate, comfortable presenting and communicating with different levels of the business, often uses influence to convince primarily others internally where strong interest exists to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities. Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct to significant impact on achievement of results with the job area. Be able to determine problems that might be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SAP
• Intermediate level Excel
• Purchasing and/or AP background
• Receiving process knowledge
• Familiar with manufacturing operations
• University degree or combination of education and experience
