RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Will lead, support and contribute
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Lead a team of 4-6
- Support compiling metrics and reporting out where needed
- Resolution of invoices on hold
- Participate on Blitz/Kaizen teams to implement corrective actions
- Work instruction creation
- Statement Reconciliation
- Prioritization of work
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
Multi-task oriented, analytical, able to action and coordinate, comfortable presenting and communicating with different levels of the business, often uses influence to convince primarily others internally where strong interest exists to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities. Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct to significant impact on achievement of results with the job area. Be able to determine problems that might be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SAP
- Intermediate level Excel
- Proficient in Power Point
- 6 years Purchasing and/or AP experience
- Receiving process knowledge
- Familiar with manufacturing operations
- Previous leadership experience
- University degree or combination of education and experience
