Job Description
The position sits within the Global Indirect Procurement function and will be focused on supporting the EMEA Indirect Procurement organization and UK Finance to provide efficient and effective data and procurement analysis support. This role will work to improve how we buy goods and services in the EMEA region.
You will be part of our EMEA Indirect Procurement Team, reporting to the EMEA Indirect Procurement Director.

What you will do
- Track and report our Procurement KPIs: payment terms, savings, cost avoidance, preferred supplier list, contracts, etc
- Create and maintain supplier pricing catalogues in collaboration with our Coupa team
- Conduct transparent spend reviews
- Engage effectively with EMEA Indirect Procurement Category leads, Global Procurement and EMEA Finance Directors to align and understand EMEA requirements. Support opportunity assessments and benchmarking to develop sourcing opportunities
- Provide guidance and training on Indirect Procurement policy to our EMEA stakeholders
- Support EMEA Category Leaders to capture projects cost baseline with Finance
- Support EMEA procurement managers' development and administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance
- Support Team activities aimed at continuous improvement and Best-in-Class procurement
- Raise, review and assist Purchase Orders and invoice discrepancies for UK
- Complete payment practice report and submit to the UK Tax authorities
What you need
- Bachelor's degree
- Good understanding of spend analysis, data analysis, strategic analysis, and project management
- Good understanding of procurement
- English is mandatory and 1 other language (Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, German, Arabic, Turkish) would be a plus
- 3 - 5+ years relevant working experience in Procurement or Finance data analytics
- Experience working with & developing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
- Project management capability and experience.
- Experience working in a med-tech/fast-growing environment is a plus.
Position is hybrid.
