Accountabilities:

  • Own and continuously improve procurement reporting across supplier spend, contracts, and lifecycle performance, ensuring data products are reliable and widely adopted
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Enhance data infrastructure by connecting procurement and finance systems, improving data quality, and automating reporting workflows
  • Deliver in-depth analysis on cost trends, supplier performance, and procurement activities, translating findings into business recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and data teams to align metrics, definitions, and reporting standards
  • Identify gaps in reporting and processes, proactively implementing improvements to increase scalability, usability, and impact

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in analytics, procurement, finance, or a similar data-driven role
    • Hands-on expertise with BI tools such as Looker (or equivalent) and experience building dashboards for business users
    • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured analysis and insightful reporting
    • Experience working with SQL-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) and managing data from multiple sources
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and recommend actionable solutions
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing quick iterations with long-term improvements
