Procurement and Expansions Associate

The Procurement and Expansions Associate  is responsible for coordinating aspects of day-to-day management to ensure all properties are aligned with Mint House’s brand standards. This individual will directly support the Expansion team to strengthen and build Mint House’s opening capabilities and overall procurement. 

You will have the opportunity to strategically collaborate with other teams that support our operations and gain leadership skills within a rapidly expanding operation that is delivering tech-enabled hospitality. 

• Ensure each property is opened to brand standards while managing the budget associated with each project 
• Own order placement and PO writing process, ongoing order tracking, and assist with scheduling deliveries
• Responsible for purchasing and assisting with budgeting
• Coordinate aspects of day-to-day management, project manage across departments, and foster relationships with third-party vendors
• Gather, input, and report critical status updates at all phases of the building openings to the Expansion department
• Support miscellaneous vendor installs with guest product, procurement, and logistic

• Project management skills or start up operations experience 
• Savvy in excel and comfortable with budgets and basic retail math 
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and ensure consistent, accurate data reporting across all departments and communicating across all channels
• You’re known to rise to the challenge, have effective communication skills, and comfortable solving problems
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills: you will need to quickly understand needs or issues and deliver a clear and concise message via video calls and emails
