About the Role
We're looking for a talented and driven Procurement Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, coordinating between Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project and product execution across our diverse portfolio of unconventional brands. With opportunities for growth in a startup environment, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
You will
- Serve as the lead on-site coordinator between Operations and Supply Chain
- Oversee the physical tracking of samples and bulk materials throughout the supply chain cycle (e.g., receipt, QA, etc.)
- Act as the liaison between Brand and Operations teams to ensure project and product requirements are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to flag and sync physical inventory with the system as needed
- Schedule domestic inbound shipments (LTL/FTL/other)
- Arrange domestic outbound shipments of components and other materials to third-party manufacturers
- Organize LTL parcel samples for both internal and external parties
- Keep supply chain records up-to-date, including vendor pricing lists, payment terms, shipping terms, etc.
- Submit TSCA/CI forms with carriers for pigment inbounds
- Perform additional administrative responsibilities as needed
You have
- Preferred but not required; BA/BS in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Operations, or similar
- 1+ years of experience in procurement or operations role
- Experience in using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with process orientation and attention to detailÂ
- Strong interpersonal communication with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive dutiesÂ
