Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop business intelligence strategies to improve procurement data process standardization and performance
- Responsible for the ownership of the global procurement reporting and visualization portfolio
- Create, maintain, and enhance business intelligence components (metadata, reports, metrics, dashboards) using Microsoft Power BI
- Working closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT to identify, understand, assess, prioritize, document, and communicate requirements, risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks for all global procurement reporting and BI
- Provide strategic analysis in modeling opportunities to assess risk and recommend procurement decisions
- Develop and compile key operating metrics including, but not limited to project and savings reports, monthly tracking, highlighting variances and analyzing the effects on goals and forecasted commitments
- Key facilitator between business & global sourcing and procurement to define/refine data standards for spend categorization to ensure integrity of key processes and procurement metrics supporting indirect strategic sourcing category managers and procurement operations
- Develop and manage key procurement data sets (spend analytics, savings tracker, Sharepoint, business intelligence, etc.)
- Responsible to support the gathering of data and analyzing data in an efficient and customized manner based on category requirements
- Support category managers in data requests including the identification, development and management of tools while maintaining the integrity of the data to support ongoing needs and long-term category management
- Produce reports to support the interpretation and analysis of data to make sourcing decisions
- Responsible for compiling and reporting diversity spend
- Responsible for compiling and consolidation of data to support standard cost process
- Responsible for developing training materials, onboarding, and conducting training for the Global Sourcing & Procurement team related to spend analytics, excel, project & savings tracker, Oracle, and budget standards process
- Serving as document control administrator
- Analysis of data to identify errors/problems and isolate root causes to drive improvement activity
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-year degree and 5+ years of related data management and analysis experience
- 3+ years of general procurement functional experience with a heavy concentration in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, preferred
- Proficient with data modeling and report development using Microsoft Power BI
- Thorough understanding and expertise in data manipulation, sorting, and analysis tools (Access, Excel, Oracle, BI, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, statistics knowledge and experience required
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization, for example demonstrated by work on project teams or cross functional teams
- Expertise in Oracle (or equivalent ERP) data tables experience
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Results oriented; ability to work independently on several projects at the same time

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$81,100.00 - $99,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
