As a Procurement Business Partner at Trustpilot, you will ensure our operational success by overseeing the entire procurement process and maintaining solid vendor relationships. Our Procurement and Vendor Management team is highly effective, with a clear mission: to help Trustpilot maximise value from third-party contracts. Our team aspires to build a highly regarded Procurement and Vendor Management function that meets and exceeds business expectations by delivering quality results. The team is located in Copenhagen and you will work with stakeholders worldwide, working collaboratively in person and via video calls.   

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead on end-to-end processes in Procurement & Vendor Management projects including: Preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) documents, Developing specifications with stakeholders, Leading RFP process, Evaluating and moderating proposals and Negotiating commercial aspects of Legal agreements.
  • Managing your defined spend category, including identifying and onboarding new vendors, and overseeing the renewal cycle.
  • Build robust partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Trustpilot and Vendors on contractual matters: handle issues arising from third-party contracts, including issues related to vendor performance, contract interpretation, and licensing - in close collaboration with your Stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for reducing costs in the third-party spend space.
  • Ensure our vendor-related data is maintained effectively: ensuring contractual documentation is up to date and stored in the appropriate systems, reporting, informing business and technical owners of any relevant update in their systems such as renewals, upgrades, technical issues, etc.

  • Excellent procurement and negotiation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail combined with the capability to handle simultaneous tasks efficiently.
  • Capacity to set priorities, self-manage, and advance toward goals without supervision.
  • An orientation towards problem-solving.
  • A commitment to individual growth paired with inner motivation and an aspiration for achievement.
  • Experience in vendor management, asset management, sales, or procurement.
  • Comprehensive collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
  • Advanced communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adaptable to changing priorities.
