Job Description
Title: Procurement Coordinator
Reporting to: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities
- Setting up new vendors and tracking status
- Monthly report for departmental KPIs, Savings, etc.
- Collect MEPS data monthly and publish as directed
- Publish Quarterly vendor scorecard as directed
- Periodic buying (Paint/HSE supplies/office supplies)
- KOM buyer assignment to Purchasing Manager and Buyer/Planner
- Distribute suppliersโ Open PO reports to Buyers
- Point of contact for Production inquiries (PO status, receipt status, etc.)
- Supplier lunch-n-learn coordinator
- Maintain teamโs contact/important dates list
Skills Required:
- Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Outlook tools
- Detail oriented
- Multi-tasking
- Time management with prioritization
Skills Preferred:
- Organized
- Planning/Scheduling (meetings/luncheons/events)
- Negotiation Terms/Conditions (new vendors/purchase contracts)
- Canva experience (BrightSign display)
